FS#1275 - Stage 3 of windwalker artifact weapon scenario/quest into the heavens is broke

I destroy the 3/3 orbs, but the guy just says something about there is no one to save me, but i cant bypass him as there is a wind barrier. plus Li Li is not following me up there to trigger the quest more.
