FS#1535 - Quest: Seeking the Soulstones - Helfire Peninsula's Felspark Ravine has no soulstone fragment

In the Warlock quest Seeking the Soulstones, you must travel to a few places in Outland to find soulstone fragments. They are all where they should be except for the one in Helfire Peninsula, in the Felspark Ravine. The purple gem should be roughly at 61.91,37.31 in Helfire Peninsula but it is not.

The stone is there, maybe not the same coords that you say exactly but its there
