Hello how much times did that happens you? or how much times did you try the sceneario?

I tried the scenario about 5-7 times.

same thing happens whenever you get a green arrow to hop on a flight in other quests like the legion invasion scenarios and https://www.wowhead.com/quest=25316/as-hyjal-burns

Exactly. That's how it should be.
I think there's something wrong with the position detection or something. As you can see in the short clip, the green arrow appears and the character sits on it. However, the camera drifts, and thus perhaps also the correct detection of the character. I don't know much about the issue, though.

I have tested it in local and its working good. When I reached 110 I will test it in live server again.
You try to abandone the quest,log out, close wow completly and then you delete your cache folder. Log in again,take back the quest and you try the scenario again please. Are you playing with minimal client of full btw?

I am using the full client. I tested it again as described: abandoned the quest, closed WoW, cleared the cache, and accepted the quest again. Unfortunately, I am still getting the same result. Another guild member also reported having the same issue during the scenario.

Ok I just saw your comment. When I see you online I will help you both ^^. By the way, I tested the scenario in liver server yesterday and in case you want to try it again, and everything worked good in first try. I did remember that someone long time ago got the same glith because of a addon or a buff in his/her char, dunno if it was a class spell or potion or…I dont remember good but he had a spell or addon which removed mount debuff and that is because he was getting dismounted in that step. I've tried quite a few things now:

  Different full client/mini client (in case of corrupted files)
  Skill tree (to rule out bugs)
  Clear cache / WTF folder
  Cancel and reaccept the quest
  Mounting with/without gliding and with/without Alt + F4
  Without any equipment

Unfortunately, none of it worked, and I would really appreciate some in-game help.
