npc=120738 high exarch turalyon is not starting the fight, on the beta he would just charge in after taking the quest, but now he is not doing that and there is no dialogue option to get him going

27.04.2025: A task closure has been requested. Reason for request: i tried 5 times through the process of abandoning relogging and clearing cache before making the report, and 3 more times after and got it to work
