The Skitterweb Matriarch has this weird webbing glitch connected to the npc

Steel Thunder Quest does not work currently, the NPC that is supposed to collect crates takes a minute per crate after the player had clicked it, and it doesn't give credit when you do. I've tried going back to the quest giver, but that also does not work.
