The final boss enemy doesnt spawn when you enter the soul gem.

The dungeon is completely broken. The Stealth doesnt activate at the start, the demons dont come out of the portals, nor do the crystals to turn off the portals work. The boss spawns on its own, even with the crystals still active. Once you kill the boss, you cant walk up the stairs because theres a wall of fire, but you can teleport to the next zone, Azhara doesnt activate her minions and is killable like a normal mob. When you reach the final part with Manneroth. The miniboss youre supposed to kill first has 2 copies, one of which you can kill, the other is not targetable. Manneroth himself doesnt use any of his abilities, just stands there while an infinite wave of doomguards spawn.

The dungeon cant be changed from 10man, and the boss doesnt drop the 100% mount drop, making both the 10man and 25man mounts impossible to obtain.

The quest starts out fine, but after a few minutes, the effect youre supposed to use for the quest (the fel energy youre supposed to expend) just disappears and it becomes undoable.

Beastlord Darmac was able to be fought the first time around, then I died and ever since then hes been stuck like this.

I defeated the two bosses, Gruul and Oregorer, but the door to the blast furnace did not open.

When i tried to make a guild event, it added the wrong date and time, any subsequent attempt to update it, just moved it up in the future instead of changing it.

When you use the elixir of memories, Aruumel is supposed to appear at this spot, but he doesnt, making the quest undoable.

Basically what it says, found the stash of gems collectable, cant open the chest.

The mammoths are non targetable and lying down like theyre dead. Cant kill them so you cant get their meat.

The peons, even when broken out of the cacoons dont count for the quest.

The violets arent gatherable, quest is undoable.

The diemetrodon dont count when they die in the pit (or out of it), quest is incompletable

For some reason, the doomguard summon for warlocks is about the size of the imp. Its very goofy, but still a bug

Theres two lil goblin npcs that insta kill the boss and make it impossible to do the questline

The item doesnt work, even when youre right in front of the tree, cant summon the mob so you cant finish the quest.

Quest doesnt work, you get to the arena, none of the dialog triggers, the npcs are all in wrong positions and the combat arena doesnt happen.

Quest finisher is hostile and the quest is impossible to complete

Its in the title, the placeholders are visible in the forest

Most of the landmines cant be reactivated and interacted with (So far, only 2 have worked actually). There is also a placeholder infernal that falls from the sky there that should not be visible.

Been opening the brightly coloured eggs for the easter event, the shell fragments are tied to a quest and should have an 18% drop chance. After opening over 300 of them I have found a grand total of 2 shells. I have gotten more of every of the other drop from the egg, with the exception of the mount and the claw.

Double check the drop chance of Sarkoths mangled claw, it is supposed to be a 97% drop but it dropped on the 4th attempt. It might be a statistical anomaly but worth a double check. Worth noting that during the times he didnt drop it he didnt drop anything at all.

The priestess has the health of the full boss version from the dungeon (298k), the npc trying to ressurect her doesnt spawn, the priestess is standing up and avoids half of the attacks. Also, the item to leave the area ALSO doesnt work and doesnt teleport you out, the quest is just a massive mess.

The questline "The road to Thelsamar" in Loch Modan isnt counted as completed even though all the quests from the zone are, preventing the player from getting the achivement.

The Quest isnt aquired where it should be on the map which causes the dragon not to spawn making the quest uncompletable. I suspect its an instance issue since it spawns the orks you kill in the previous mission.
